We use the best milk around! Hudson Valley Fresh. And guess who else uses it? You guessed it, Adirondack Creamery, our ice cream. We are proud to have this milk loop, and access to such tasty whole milk. As Dr. Simon says, not all milk is created equal. We couldn't agree more!

We feel more than lucky to have local baker, Betsy Thorleifson, founder and head baker of NINE CAKES making our delicious fudge and caramel sauces. Dallis Coffee has been providing coffees to establishments that set world-renown standards for culinary excellence for almost 100 years. And they are from Queens. When we looked for local coffee, there was no other choice. We serve the Fair Trade, Ellis Island Blend for both our hot and cold-pressed iced coffee. A simply, really, really good cup o-joe.
